Finsys ERP has a set pattern of working process. This process is made to make your business run smooth and easily. This pattern should be followed-

In the first place, master files are created.

Master files are further divided into two

1.Party Master

2. Item Master

 

Secondly, validation of masters created is the necessity as we update our software the data transfers  and the probability of some errors and duplicity increases, That’s why validation should be done by Senior HODs.

All important things should be validated –

1.Complete Address

2.GST No.

3.Tax No.

4.HSN Code

 This will result in good reports and the good reports will eventually leads to good data.

Effective and efficient reports will be created.
