By the suggestion of a user outside India of marking the purchaser on the PR, we introduced this new feature to all the Finsys ERP users.

 

The Question was –
How can we know who knows the purchaser ? How this will gonna help us ?

 

Answer-

Every company knows their own structure and the people working in different departments.

If we start putting the name of purchaser on PR, purchasers gets alert regarding the PR and they also can get report of pending PR’s on their name only.

 

This feature is available for every user of Finsys. This Feature can increase the efficiency of the business, implement it and foster your business.

How to know right cost of production ?

It means the work which is getting done is done on which machine, for how many hours, which job, how many operators and helpers were included to complete that work is calculated in cost of production.

In this era we should be aware of 360 degree view of cost of production of every produced batch.

In finsys ERP we encourage you to fill the fields in machine master which in result gives you the production cost, overhead cost, operator cost and helper cost.

However, some people enters dummy fare in starting this leads to the inaccurate data.

That’s why we please you to put correct data of hourly rate of production of the machine, overhead absorption cost per hour, operator average hourly salary and operator’s and helper’s team hourly cost.

 

 

So that you can have real cost of production rather than just having raw material’s cost for production.

In printing and packaging line graphics department plays vital role of replicating designs provided by the customers, making artwork for those designs and the lead time/ work completion time.

These activities need a very expensive software and human cost.

 

 

The lead time is very important as if the customer wants you to make a sample and you took a bit longer time than usual to complete the work because of the rush there is a probability that you can miss this order.

 

 

Finsys with its new feature tries to help you at its most in which you can see what graphic designers are doing and what necessary efforts they are putting to complete the order as fast as possible.

The marketing department is known as CRM and these people needs to pass the designs provided by customer to designing department through system and designing department can update about the completion of work or work in process against that request number.

Designing department can upload their art work too on system so that marketing department doesn’t chase the designing department for the follow-ups through mails and calls.

 

 

You can use this feature to make work faster, systematic and to be more answerable as you can track when and who gets their requests and completed the work.
