End-to-End Excellence: Managing Mono Carton & Duplex Box Production with Finsys ERP – ERP for Mono Carton Manufacturing

In the highly competitive Packaging and Printing industry, success depends on precision—precision in costing, precision in planning, and precision in production. Whether you are manufacturing Mono Cartons for pharma or Duplex Boxes for FMCG, managing the complex stages of printing, lamination, die-cutting, and folding requires a robust digital backbone.

Finsys ERP provides a specialized ecosystem designed specifically for the Packaging sector. In this 27-minute deep dive, we walk through the entire “Order-to-Cash” cycle, showing how Finsys automates every touchpoint of your factory.

The Full Production Lifecycle Covered

The masterclass breaks down the packaging process into transparent, manageable modules:

1. Inquiry, Quotation, and Sales Order

Everything starts with an inquiry. Finsys allows you to link quotations directly to inquiries and convert them into Sales Orders with a single click. The system tracks price revisions and customer-specific requirements from day one.

2. Automated Job Card & BOM Generation

Once an order is confirmed, the system generates a Technical Job Card. This document contains the art-work, machine specifications, sheet sizes, and the Bill of Materials (BOM) for paper, ink, and coatings.

3. Machine Planning & Load Balancing

Avoid bottlenecks by viewing the “Live Load” on your printing and die-cutting machines. Finsys calculates the estimated time for each job based on machine speed and change-over times, helping you give realistic delivery dates to your clients.

4. Stage-wise Costing (Printing to Gluing)

This is the heart of the system. Finsys tracks costs at every stage:

  • Printing: Ink consumption and plate costs.

  • Lamination/Varnishing: Chemical and film usage.

  • Die-Cutting: Stripping wastage and tool life.

  • Folding & Gluing: Adhesive consumption and final packing.

More interest Subvention = More Profit
