How to set automatically Minimum level, Maximum level, Reorder Level,

based on Season,

based on actual consumption,

based on your perception of Safety & Delivery time, based on your perception of Stores data correctness.

Go to the Inventory Menu – Ratios Button

Select item group, press ok

select period , press ok

your screen will show the current statistics

Click “Auto calculate” button

this popup will come.

Standards will be  7 / 21 / 15

On the screen you can change the the days from 7 to lesser days (3 days or 2 days ) if you want a smaller minimum stock

See… as soon as we pressed “ok” the software will automatically calculate the minimum level maximum level and reorder level for all the items that I had selected for this ratio review

Press save button
