Main Responsibilities in Sales department

1) Check the main mail box and take action.

2) Attending New Client Calls in IVR and update it in CRM and coordinate it with them. Sending info, engaging, funnel movements

3) Check CRM for unattended tickets and take actions.

4) Make Proforma Invoice and send to clients.

5) Make Proposals and send to clients and follow-ups till closure.

6) online demo & face to face demo of software.

7)Customer Relationship & Customer Retention
