There are some updates which go Free.

Like Changes, necessitated by the GST laws,

Like Changes, necessitated by the ESI, EPF laws,

Like Changes, necessitated by the TDS and TCS laws,

Like Changes, necessitated by the MSME laws,

They go free to all users,

However all these are subject to being a company paying a MLF ( Monthly Licence fee or AMC ).

We also give a lot of other product enhancements free of cost

Some of these are MIS Reports…and features like

New Web Finsys Dashboards – Free.

New M.Finsys.in reports, if any – Free.

New Newspaper like Email reports – Free.

Android app for the MD/Plant Head – Free.

New Basic General enhancements/modifications in Stores, Purchase, Sales, Production, Quality Modules – Free.

OTP based Access in Main Finsys.

OTP based access in Web Finsys.

Hard Disk Serial number based locking in Main Finsys.

and so on…

Latest Locks, Latest Reports, Latest basic things which do not cost to “develop”, do not cost us to “deliver” , there are not much questions-answers, not much training required,…. all these we might give free of cost.


However all these are subject to being a company paying a reasonable MLF ( Monthly Licence fee or AMC ). This “reasonable” is based on number of users / number of plants / past customisations.

The choice of “Free” or “paid”, is done usually quite Fairly. Kindly allow the Finsys Management decision to be final in this aspect

 


 

Additional Third party Products interfacing : Like Linking Finsys ERP with Injection Moulding Machines, Finsys ERP with SCADA, with IOT, linking ERP with Weighing Machines, Linking Finsys with Biometric Machines, Linking Finsys ERP with Retina Scanner based attendance tools etc

Here, these are Third party products.  We will also incur costs in (a) Doing the needful the first time, in understanding, in meetings with that vendor, in meetings for concept approval, in proramming, in bug fixing, time for training for pilot Runs, time for training the end users, listening to their problems, giving solutions for those problems and so on

So, for these facility that we will request and recover the marginal costs and support costs from you

 

Why ? since there is a cost for the investment of the above activities. We charge a nominal fee to cover the above costs. This is normal for any business whether in Manufacturing, services or Trading.

 


New Modules

Brand new modules which need enhanced effort like : Photographic record of incoming truck for sales shipment, its loading, its unloading, its prioritisation, its final exit from gate after loading. And not merely sake of it, but it must be “implemented”

Like Salesman’s GPS based attendance system, to be implemented.

Like Customer Complaint System, to be implemented,

like Android based Visitor Gate Entry System to be implemented.

Like barcoded Finished Goods , scanning based invoicing, to be implemented.

Like Android based Maintenance or Desktop based or web based Maintenance, to be implemented.

Like Vendor Portal, Customer Portal, Employee Portal and so on

and so many other additional softwares…

These may stand alone, or may be extensions of the old Like Android based Maintenance or Desktop based or web based Maintenance.


The above activities are charged something extra, for the efforts involved for Planning, Organising, Directing, Coordinating, Staffing, Training, Bug Fixing, supporting, and so on.

Why ? since there is a cost for the investment of the above activities. We charge a nominal fee to cover the above costs.
